4月1日下午，外国语学院召开新学期工作部署大会，学院全体教职工参加会议。会议由学院党委副书记赵家发主持。

会上，学院党委书记胡俊祥首先传达学校相关会议精神，并对2021年学院党委工作进行安排部署。他指出，要全面落实学校相关工作安排，重点是精心谋划并开展党史学习教育。要以此次教育为契机，真正做到学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局，不不断提高学院党建工作水平，从而推动学院各项工作高质量发展。

院长王浩勇分析了学院当前面临的形势，重点对学科建设、招生、学生培养、就业等方面工作进行了部署，并提出具体工作要求。他要求，全体教职工一定要认清形势、明确定位、携手奋进、把各项具体工作落到实处，为学院发展做出自己的贡献。

学院党委副书记赵家发，教学院长杨洁分别就学生、教学等分管工作进行了安排部署。

CFL HoldsAssembly on the Work of New Semester

On the afternoon of April 1th,the assembly on the work of new semester was held with all the faculty and staff attendance, and presided over by Zhao Jiafa, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch Committee.

Hu Junxiang, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee, firstly echoed the spirit of university assembly and made work arrangement around the 2021 CollegeParty. He pointed out that the college should overall implement the relative works from the university, the focus was how to plan and organize the activities of learning history of the Party. By these activities, all staff and faculty could make more learning, reflecting, doing and creating, improve the party building work of College to promote high-quality development of all works in the college.

Then the Dean Wang Haoyong analyzed the current situation facing by the college. And based on four important levels of discipline construction, enrollment, student training and employment, he made the arrangement and put forward some requirements. He demanded that all the staff and faculty needed to recognize the situation, have the specific goal, unite with each other and put all the specific work into practice, all should do good jobs for the well-development of the college.
