为进一步做好“考研率提升工程”，激励同学们为考研目标而拼搏，近日，外国语学院在综合楼303、305举办了考研经验交流会。本次活动邀请到学院英语、日语专业2019届已考取研究生的8名优秀学生代表向在校生进行经验分享。

八位考取研究生的学生从考试流程、复习方法、选择学校等方面提出了自己的见解，引导同学们把握好考研的定位，同时总结了笔试以及面试中可能遇到的问题并给出了相应的解决办法。英语专业同学从专业考试科目题型、二外、政治以及考研心态等几方面向学生们传授了自己的考研经验，并向同学们提供了考研资料的获取渠道。日语专业同学尤其强调了N1考试成绩在考研中的重要性，鞭策同学们打好扎实的基本功，为取得高分做铺垫。

交流会上，针对学生在准备过程中存在的疑惑，八位考取研究生进行了详细的解答。大家希望考研学生一定要根据自己实际情况冷静选择学校和专业方向准确定位；同时，借助专业老师等各方面力量寻求所报考院校的往届原题，准确把握考试重点和难点；考研过程中一定会遇到各类困难，要以坚强的毅力克服准备过程遇到困难，切忌半途而废；考研成绩与付出成正比，考研一定要勤奋付出，同时要张弛有度，以平和的心理自始至终去准备。

外国语学院2019年考研取得了优秀成绩。90名统招本科生中共有21人考取天津大学、北京外国语大学、北京语言大学、四川外国语大学、西安外国语大学、天津外国语大学等高校硕士研究生，考研录取率达23.3%，其中英语1501班考研录取率达到了35.5%，创历史新高。

CFL Holds an Experience Sharing Meeting on Postgraduate Entrance Examination

Recently, in order to further implement the “Project of Improving Postgraduate Enrollment Rate of Graduates” and encourage students to strive for their targets, College of Foreign Languages (CFL) held an experience sharing meeting on postgraduate entrance examination in Room 303 and 305 of the Comprehensive Building. At this meeting, 8 representatives of seniors (Grade 2019) majoring in English and Japanese were invited to share their experience.

On the whole, the eight representatives put forward their own opinions on the examination process, review methods and choice of target college or university to guide the juniors to focus on the orientation of postgraduate entrance examination. Also, they summarized the problems that might occur in the written examination and the interview, and offered corresponding solutions to the problems. On the one hand, the representatives majoring in English shared their experience in terms of the question patterns in specialized subjects, mental health in preparation process and learning of second foreign language and politics, and provided some ways to get learning materials and information. On the other hand, the representatives majoring in Japanese especially emphasized the importance of N1 test grades in the postgraduate entrance examination, encouraging other candidates to lay a solid foundation for high scores.

At this meeting, the eight representatives offered detailed answers to the problems in preparation process. They expected candidates to remember the following advice: firstly, sensibly choose target college or university and major on the basis of their actual situation; secondly, try to find the original exam questions of past years to accurately grasp the key points and difficulties of the examination with the help of professional teachers and others; thirdly, overcome the multiple difficulties in preparation process with strong perseverance instead of giving up halfway; finally, keep in mind that reward (the grades) is in proportion to pay, so spare no effort to the examination as well as keep the balance between study and relax with good mental health in the whole preparation process.

CFL has made outstanding achievements in 2019 postgraduate entrance examination. Among 90 undergraduates enrolled by National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao), 21 went to Tianjin University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing Language and Culture University, Sichuan International Studies University, Xi’an International Studies University, Tianjin Foreign Studies University etc., with an enrollment rate of 23.3%.
