为普及职业生涯规划知识，引导学生树立正确的成才观、就业观和职业规划意识，5月12日，外国语学院团委学生会在综合楼303教室举办2019年职业生涯规划大赛。

本次比赛分为主题陈述和评委问答两个环节。在主题陈述环节中，选手需要深化自我认知和全面分析外部环境，提出自己的职业目标。在评委问答阶段，各位评委针对场上选手的职业生涯规划进行鞭辟入里的点评，指出同学们在职业规划中的不足，并希望同学们在规划的时候，要胸怀未来，立足现实。在比赛中，选手们自我评估全面、职业探索深入、职业目标清晰和行动计划详尽，有着优秀的表现。

经过激烈的角逐，英语1801班左琳同学获得本次比赛一等奖，英语1803班张志万同学获得大赛二等奖，英语1801班代云梦同学获得三等奖。

本次比赛旨在促进学生科学地规划自己的职业生涯和学业生涯，增强对未来人生规划意识，为成功打造自己精彩人生做出准备。

CFL Held 2019 Career Planning  Contest

On May 12, the  Communist Youth League and Student Union of the College of Foreign Languages  held the 2019 Career Planning Contest in Room 303 of the Comprehensive  Building. The contest aims to help students gain a better understanding of  career planning and establish a correct career outlook, view of employment and  career planning.

The contest consists  of two sections: personal career presentation and Q&A with judges. In the  first section, contestants need to put forward clear career objectives based on  the analysis of themselves and the potential job market. In this part, the contestants  performed well with comprehensive self-assessment, in-depth career exploration,  clear career objectives and feasible action plans. In the Q&A section, the contestants  communicated well with the judges. The judges were impressed by the contestants’  excellent comprehensive performance, mature ideas and strong sense of social  responsibility. Then, they gave practical advice and pointed out while planning  careers students should base on reality in life and bear the future in mind.

After an intense  competition, the first prize went to Zuo Lin, from English Class 1801 and Zhang  Zhiwan from English Class 1803 and Dai Yunmeng from English Class 1801 won the  second and third prize respectively. This career planning contest is of great  importance to help students arrange their campus life, plan their career and  build their wonderful future.(Trans. Zhang Hao & Chen Huan)
