赵家发强调，当前疫情防控形势依然严峻复杂，大家要按照学校要求抓好落实，把工作想在前、干在前，主动担当作为，要高度重视寒假疫情防控及安全稳定工作，以实际行动确保学生度过一个安全有意义的寒假和喜庆的春节。

张鹏辉传达了学校相关工作会议精神。他指出，大家要强化责任担当，做实做细寒假期间学生工作。一是精准掌握学生离校动态，抓好疫情防控，保障信息传递畅通，工作执行有序，将学校关怀和要求传达到每名学生，落实到每一个人；二是要保持给予学生高度关注，关心学生的思想动态、生活、学习和安全，做好思想引领工作；三是要将寒假线上主题班会落到实处，丰富假期线上活动安排，引导学生合理安排假期生活并注意自身安全，主动学习和思考，不断提升自身能力和本领；四是要充分利用好假期，发挥家校协同育人合力，开展线上暖心家访活动；五要加强宣传教育，做好学生寒假期间思想、学习、身体锻炼的组织引导，确保学生教育服务不断线，确保同学们度过一个平安、祥和、上进、充实的寒假。

各年级辅导员对年级学生返乡实习、心理状态等情况进行汇报交流。

The School of Foreign Languages held a winter vacation student work promotion meeting in Gengdu Building on January 23. Zhao Jiafa, secretary of the Party Committee of the college, and all the counselors attended the meeting. Vice President Zhang Penghui presided over the meeting.

Zhao Jiafa emphasized that the current epidemic landscape is still severe and complicated, we should take highly attention on epidemics prevention and stability work，ensure students have a safe and meaningful winter holiday and Spring Festival.

Zhang Penghui conveyed the meeting spirit of the school works. He pointed out everyone has responsibility to the students and do practical work for them during the winter holiday. First of all, we should master the students dynamics situation of leaving school accurately, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, ensure smooth information transmission, carry out work in an orderly manner, convey the school care and requirements to every student and implement them to everyone. Secondly, we should take highly attentions on students, care about the ideological trend, life, study and security, and lead their thoughts. Thirdly, we should implement the online theme class meeting, enrich the online activities arrangements during the winter vacation, lead the students arrange the holiday life reasonably and pay attention to their security，and develop the ability to learn and think actively，constantly improve their capacity. Fourth, we should make full use of the holiday, take joint efforts of home-school cooperation in educating people, and carry out online home visits. Fifth, we should strengthen publicity and education，do well in the organization and guidance of students' thoughts, study and physical exercise during the winter vacation, ensure the continuous education services for students, and ensure that students have a safe, peaceful, progressive and fulfilling winter vacation.
