2月27日上午，外国语学院在西校区耕读楼学院会议室召开新学期工作推进会，重点传达学校“2022年春季学期中层干部会议”精神，详细部署学院新学期重点工作。院长王浩勇主持会议，学院全体教职工参会。

院党委书记赵家发传达了学校“2022年春季学期中层干部会议”精神，重点介绍了学校党委书记饶桂生同志就做好全年工作提出的重点要求，详细传达了校长申书兴教授关于“共襄2022，以更加开放的姿态开创特色鲜明高水平大学建设”的工作部署，特别就抓好常态化疫情防控，树立开放办学理念、密切校内外联系与合作，深入扎实有效地推进精细化管理，进一步改进工作作风等重点工作进行了深入解读，并对学院领导班子调整和新引进教师情况作了介绍，对“校庆年”系列庆祝活动作了部署。

院长王浩勇从学院“十三五”发展建设核心指标完成情况入手，逐项详细回顾、分析了学院“十三五”主要工作成绩与不足；重点从学科建设、教学改革、平台升级、教师发展、学生工作、防疫维稳等各个方面，深入解读了学院“十四五”努力建设“一流外国语学院”的发展规划。围绕2022年度做好教学工作、优化师资结构、提升科研水平、统筹学科发展、加强研究生培养，以及双创、招生、就业等具体工作，作了详细布置。

会上，院领导班子成员根据分工分别对新学期开学之初的重点教学任务、主要学生工作、科研课题申报等作了具体安排。会后，学院各系部第一时间组织了分会场讨论与交流，以推进会为契机，引导全院教职工凝心聚力，早谋划、早安排、早着手，做好新学期各项工作。
