5月28日下午在西校区耕读楼1425室，北京大学外国语学院MTI特邀讲师、北京师范大学外文学院MTI特邀讲师、试译宝总经理师建胜应外国语学院邀请，为学院教师、研究生和部分本科生作了题为“新技术背景下的语言服务行业发展与人才职业规划”的精彩讲座，王浩勇院长主持报告会。

师建胜总经理从企业家和MTI教育专家的视角出发，以个人职业生涯发展为切入点，围绕自身在翻译服务行业领域的从业经历，从翻译行业前景、MTI学生专业素养培养、AI技术对翻译行业的冲击和思考、未来企业对翻译人才的需求等方面进行了详细的阐述，为同学们勾勒出一副清晰地职业生涯规划“路线图”。同时，师总结合自身多年的职场经验，为广大学子从在校打好知识基础、重视实践实习、客观择业不盲从、行业人才需求等角度提出了建议，并表示试译宝将为外语学院学子提供更多的实习和就业机会。在随后的互动环节，与会师生就翻译实践方向及翻译项目分配等问题同师建胜总经理进行了交流和探讨，现场气氛热烈，大家表示此次讲座对我院专业教育具有良好的指导与借鉴意义，为我院学生的就业提供了新方向，拓宽了就业视野。

会上，王浩勇院长介绍了师建胜总经理在推进翻译事业发展方面的成就，并对其到来表示了热烈欢迎，同时就学院翻译硕士点建设和翻译硕士人才培养方案同师建胜总经理进行了深入探讨。接下来，学院还将陆续邀请其他的实务界精英来校为师生开展系列讲座，切实提升学生的实践能力和职业素养，不断推动学院人才培养工作迈上新台阶。

General Manager Shi Jiansheng of ShiyibaoIsInvited to Lecture in CFL

On the afternoon of May 28, Shi Jiansheng, MTI Special Lecturer of Institute of Foreign LanguagesofPeking UniversityandSchool of Foreign Languages and LiteratureofBeijing Normal University,the General Manager of ShiyibaoCorporation,was invited togivea lecture in Room 1425, Gengdu Building, West Campus. The theme was “Language Service Industry Development and Talent Career Planning against the backdrop of Growing New Technology”. Dean Wang Haoyong presided over the lecture. Among those attending the lecture were some teachers, all MTI postgraduates of the class of 2019 and 2020,and some undergraduates.

Based on his professional development and experience in Translation Service Industry, Shimainly focusedon four aspects: prospects of translation industry, training of MTI students’ professional qualities, the impact of AI on translation industry and the requirement of enterprises for translators. He outlineda clear “Road Map” for students’ career planning from the perspective of entrepreneurs and MTI education experts.Meanwhile, with his abundant career experience, Shi put forward suggestions for the students from the aspects of laying a good foundation, attaching importance to practical experience, objectively choosing jobs and the requirements for talentsintranslation industry, and indicated that Shiyibao will provide more internship and employment opportunities for students of CFL.In the following interactive activities, students asked some questions they concernedwithand General Manager Shiexplainedpatiently.The lecture was therefore highly instructive to advance the construction of MTI discipline, point out new directions and widen the horizonfor postgraduates in employment.
