11月6日下午，我院于语言实训室举办Tmxmall翻译技术讲座。我院部分教师以及全体研究生同学参加了本次讲座，共同就翻译技术和机器辅助翻译进行学习和讨论。此次讲座由上海一者信息科技有限公司运营经理郑珮雯和市场运营经理陈⾠辰围绕翻译项目管理、机器辅助翻译和译后编辑为师生进行讲解。

翻译项目管理部分的内容分为“项目管理基础知识”、“翻译公司组织架构及项目运作流程”、“ 翻译技术及相关管理工具介绍”和“在线翻译项目管理平台演示”四部分，其中结合研究生的学习情况对项目管理的宏观、微观流程进行详细的讲解，并以Yicat平台为例，通过实际操作为大家演示翻译技术和机器辅助翻译引擎相结合使用提高翻译项目管理效能和控制翻译质量的过程。

机器辅助翻译和译后编辑的内容包括机器翻译的发展历程，机器翻译的应用领域、优势和不足，译后编译的应用、方法、级别以及提高译后编辑效率的措施等，特别指出译者应具备的高水平的语言素质。

讲解结束后，两位讲师针对在座师生提出的相关问题，进行了详细解答，尤其是在机器翻译以及机器辅助软件的使用方面，介绍了一些非常实用的经验和技巧，为师生答疑解惑，帮助师生深化了对翻译技术和机器翻译的认知和理解。（作者：关昊）

CFL Holds Tmxmall Translation Technology Lecture

On the afternoon of November 6, our college held a Tmxmall translation technology lecture in the language training room. Some teachers and all graduate students of our college attended the lecture.

The two lecturers, Zheng Peiwen and Chen Chenchen, are from Shanghai Tmxmall Information Technology Co., Ltd. Zheng Peiwen, the operation manager, introduced the basics of project management, structure of company and operation process, translation technology and management tools to teachers and students. In the lecture, combining with the graduate students’ study, she illustrated the macro and micro processes of project management in detail. She also gave a specific demonstration with YiCAT, an online translation project management platform. With the aid of the platform and related softwares, translation efficiency can be greatly improved and translation quality can be controlled as well.

Chen Chenchen, the marketing operation manager, mainly focused on machine translation and post-editing. She firstly introduced the history and current situation, application fields and its pros and cons; while in the second part, she presented the function, concrete methods, and related ways to improve its efficiency. Besides, Chen pointed out all translators should never forget the importance of language proficiency.

Finally, the two managers answered relevant questions raised by teachers and students about machine translation platform and computer-aided translation software. Meanwhile, they shared some of their own experience, which further deepened teachers’ and students’ understanding of machine translation and related technology.(Trans. Zhang Ruodan & Guan Hao)
